What is classed as an emergency?

An emergency, in this sense, refers to when you have a problem that will cause more damage to your property if it is not resolved immediately. For example, water from a burst pipe can cause many problems if it is not stopped immediately.

What is not classed as emergency work?

Routine maintenance such as painting and decorating or tiling are not classed as emergency work and would need to be scheduled within our normal working hours.

Who will attend a call-out?

The most qualified tradesman for your job will be assigned your call-out. All of our employees are CRB (Police Record) checked.

Can I get a quote for a job online?
