Main Works
The main works we undertook were in the bathroom where we removed the bath and installed a large
shower cubicle with a power shower, we relocated the pedestal sink and replaced the toilet.
The television aerial was upgraded and a booster and signal splitter were installed so that all
rooms had a working television point.
In each room the walls were given two coats of emulsion and all the woodwork was prepared and glossed.
All the internal doors received new handles and where necessary were repaired before painting.
Once the internal decorations were complete we gave all of the carpets a deep wet clean, which is part of our
"End of Tenancy" cleaning.
We also built and fixed hand rails to aid the tenant in traversing the outside steps.
