The client for this project required a five week completion date so as not to interfere with the Christmas
bookings.
We are able to undertake projects of this size with short deadlines as we have a large number
of skilled tradesmen working for us and we are able allocate as many workmen to each project as required.
The dining room was to be completely redecorated in a contemporary style with a new ceiling replacing the original
lathe & plaster ceiling.
The client wanted recessed light fittings which were installed after we had skimmed and painted the new plaster
board ceiling.
All the wiring in the room was hidden above the ceiling or ran through a boxed conduit.
The original kitchen was completely removed and the room was tiled throughout. New kitchen units with stainless steel
work surfaces fitted along with new kitchen appliances.
A new serving area was added as this reduced the traffic through the kitchen. All the changes that were made within
the kitchen complied with the current food hygiene regulations.
